Iii. Main Achievements

1. Overview of scientific research management

In the early stage, I was engaged in oil and gas information system development, information resource management, big data analysis and other aspects. Presided over and participated in 19 national oil and gas major projects, sinopec, China National Petroleum Exploration Corporation and Petroleum Exploration Institute scientific research projects. The main research work includes :(1) architecture design and information resource construction of oil and gas exploration and development decision-making system; (2) design and optimization of SPE reserves database; (3) design and development of overseas rapid evaluation system. We have won 2 science and technology progress awards, 2 software Copyrights and 1 patent. Among them, as a technical backbone, I participated in the "Belt and Road Mapping and Information Platform construction", and the achievements of the mapping received the attention and positive instructions from the leadership of the CPC Central Committee.

Mainly engaged in management work after 2016. The main management achievements include :(1) presided over the construction of sinopec's overseas exploration, development, scientific research and production management system, developed the sharing platform, introduced the relevant supporting mechanism, realized the archiving management and internal sharing of the basic information of overseas project department, and won the first prize of Beijing management innovation award. (2) Fully participated in the reform of the scientific research process system of the Institute, deeply participated in the IPD process design of Huawei and the pilot work of overseas sectors, and was awarded "Advanced Individual in IPD Reform" in the pilot summary conference. (3) Led the organization of the human resources planning of "Two, Three, two, ten years" and the formulation of the plan of "Strengthening enterprises with Talents" of China Petroleum Exploration Institute, and won the Outstanding Contribution Award of the President's Award Fund of China Petroleum Exploration Institute. (4) As an assistant to academicians, assist academicians in project management, preparation of written materials, internal and external communication and schedule management in China, and ensure the smooth progress of academicians' academic activities.
