Dr. Zhu xingshan is also deputy chief Economist and professor-level senior economist of the Planning And Planning Department of CNPC, secretary General of petroleum Economics Committee of China Petroleum Society, deputy Director of editorial Board of International Petroleum Economics and member of China Gas and power Forum. He has served as deputy Director and researcher of energy Economy and Development Strategy Research Center of Energy Research Institute of National Development and Reform Commission, and Assistant Director of Energy Conservation Information Communication Center of National Development and Reform Commission. He has been engaged in geological research, energy strategy research and management, and oil and gas strategy research and planning. In terms of geological research, as the project leader and principal researcher, he has undertaken more than 10 projects such as coal Science Foundation, published two monographs and more than 30 papers, and won 3 provincial and ministerial awards. In terms of energy strategy research, as the project leader or principal researcher, he undertook more than 20 research projects entrusted by the World Bank and National Development and Reform Commission, published more than 30 papers, and was interviewed by CCTV, Economic Daily, Time magazine and other media for many times, and won 2 provincial and ministerial awards. Participated in the formulation of national oil and gas and energy plans during the 11th and 12th Five-Year plans, and organized the formulation of national coal-bed methane plans during the tenth five-year Plan period. In terms of oil and gas strategic research and planning, I organized and participated in the formulation of CNPC's "11th five-year plan", "12th Five-year Plan", "13th Five-year Plan" and "14th Five-year Plan", as well as the research on natural gas development strategy, low-grade oil and gas resource development policy and natural gas power generation policy. He has been awarded many times by China National Petroleum Corporation and many soft Science Outstanding Achievement awards by National Energy Administration, and has published more than 20 papers. At present, he is mainly engaged in the research of carbon neutrality and the integration development of natural gas and new energy.
