Xue Jinjun is Director of the Nagoya University-SinoCarbon Carbon Neutrality Innovation Joint Laboratory and Co-Director of China Institute of Global Low-Carbon Economy. He is also Visiting Researcher at the Energy Research Institute of the National Development and  Reform  Commission,  and Chief Scientist at  Hubei  Collaborative  Innovation  Center  for Carbon  Emissions Trading.
